Explicit approval
A proposal becomes an intervention only after review by the person responsible.
Regulated industries
In finance, insurance, healthcare and energy an inaccurate description weighs more. Check that AI answers report products, terms and warnings correctly, and document every intervention.
The new risk
Rates, coverage, requirements, contraindications, tariffs: people ask for details that follow strict rules in your sector. An answer may report them incompletely or out of date.
The question is not only «do they recommend us?» but «do they say correct things about us?». A changed condition, a withdrawn product still described as active, an omitted warning: differences the compliance team wants to see before a complaint.

A sample answer about a fictional insurer: an outdated condition and an omitted caveat, the two differences the compliance team wants to see.
QuestionDoes the Assicura Nord travel policy cover medical treatment abroad?
AI assistant · sample answer about a fictional company
Yes, it covers medical expenses up to fifty thousand euros worldwide, with no excess, and it is active from the day of purchase.
Outdated limit: the condition in force is different and should be compared with the approved facts.
Omitted caveat: an excess applies to some benefits and the answer does not say so.
Approved facts
Your team records the reference facts with their validity. Accuracy on facts compares AI answers’ claims against them and flags conflicting sentences.
Sentences that cannot be compared stay «not verifiable», never counted as errors. A person assesses paraphrases and implications.
Three sample statements from AI answers about a fictional regulated service, read next to the approved fact: contradictory, consistent or unverifiable.
| In the answer | Approved fact | |
|---|---|---|
| Contradictory | The account can be opened without any documents. | An identity document and a tax code are required. |
| Consistent | The monthly fee is stated in the contract. | The fee is shown in the information sheet. |
| Unverifiable | It is the account young people prefer. | No approved fact on the topic: it is not counted as an error. |
Three recurring cases
Every industry has its own rules. These three cases recur everywhere and are followed with the same questions, repeated over time.
| Case | Example question | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Outdated condition | «What are the requirements to open this account?» | You update the official page and check at the next collection. |
| Product half described | «What does this policy cover?» | Make coverage and exclusions reachable in your sources. |
| Unofficial source cited | «Is this service safe?» | You identify the source, decide whether to respond and document the choice. |
Documented process
In regulated industries how matters as much as what. Proposal, approval and execution stay separate, and every step keeps author, version, date and source.

Roles, SSO and SCIM with the Enterprise plan.
The same question, repeated after the intervention.
Frequently asked questions
Why TrustInsider does not replace legal review, why an AI answer cannot be corrected directly, which sectors we cover and how we handle data.
No. It flags the claims to assess and documents the process; legal and regulatory assessment remains with your team.
No: no one changes what an assistant writes. You update your sources, make the facts easier to reach and check what changes at the next collection.
Every industry where the correctness of a description matters: financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, utilities. The method is the same; the questions change.
TrustInsider analyses public answers and sources about the brand. Usage rights, attribution and retention are described on the sources and rights page.
