Define the objective
Choose a practical decision and the context in which it needs to be made.
How it works
Start with a clear question, examine the available evidence and choose an action whose outcome you can assess.
Your brand · plans and responsibilities
To review
Compare the cited information with current documentation.
ProductDraft
Prepare an update with references and reasons for the changes.
MarketingAwaiting approval
Agree on a period and sample for reviewing answers after the action.
Brand ownerA saved proposal remains distinct from an action carried out. Approval applies to the version reviewed and the owner’s permissions.
What you get
The intended workflow puts the assistant at the centre while keeping the dashboard available for direct data exploration. A useful answer identifies its sources, separates observations from hypotheses and makes gaps visible. The person remains responsible for deciding the next step.
Identify the brand, topic and period that require a decision.
Read the sources and context, separating confirmed observations from missing information.
Assess a proposal, assign an owner and define the approvals required.
Compare consistent periods and samples while retaining alternative explanations for change.
What you get
The scope of analysis starts with the identity of the brand, product or service. Aliases, domains and context distinguish the intended subject from companies or products with similar names. The sample is then defined by country, language and period, applying the same criteria to competitors. This makes the comparison interpretable.
What you get
Verification connects each conclusion to its sources, dates and actual coverage, distinguishing independent content from reproductions of the same material. The context remains available to inspect. A mention does not imply a recommendation, while sentiment describes an expressed attitude rather than proving a fact. Small samples or missing sources limit the conclusions that can be drawn.
What you get
Describe the problem, evidence and an explicit hypothesis. Choose an owner, steps, a review date and a measurable outcome. Saving or approving the plan does not execute it. External actions require separate authorisation; subsequent results must be compared on consistent terms without assuming cause and effect.
The starting point
Enter your brand name or domain in the assistant and choose what you want to know. Start with your presence in AI answers, search results or collected mentions. After signing in, confirm the brand and context you want to work on.
Your brand, market, language and period make the question precise. The AI panel gathers the needs to observe, separating category, comparison and verification questions. Conversation monitoring instead defines names, products and relevance criteria. Both require usable sources and an explicit scope before conclusions can be drawn.
Choose a practical decision and the context in which it needs to be made.
Specify the engines, channels, languages and time period available for that question.
Record a baseline before changing content or processes.
The analytical workflow
For an AI check, choose your customers’ questions and read answers from the enabled models. The detail shows your brand name, identified competitors and exposed sources. A citation takes you to the URL to examine before preparing an update.
A summary connects statements to the available material and separates observations from hypotheses. When an AI engine does not disclose sources, that limitation remains visible. An article, review and generated answer retain their own provenance: a shared analysis does not make them equivalent data.
| Question | Relevant material | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| How do AI assistants describe us? | Panel answers, model, collection method and disclosed citations. | Check the accuracy and sources of the descriptions. |
| What do people find when they search for us? | Google and Bing results for defined queries and markets. | Examine relevant pages and information gaps. |
| What experiences do customers describe? | Usable conversations and reviews, organised by topic. | Distinguish recurring patterns, individual episodes and causes to investigate. |
| What changed after the action? | Evidence of the work and new, comparable observations. | Separate completion of the work from the measured result. |

Follow the three screens: from your first visit to a question about selected data in the workspace.
You can start from any page on the website. The assistant asks for your brand name or domain, goal and market: you reach sign-in with a clearly defined request.
Let’s start with your brand.
Northstar Audio
After signing in, choose the workspace and confirm the brand. Open the tools for your goal, select available sources and review the cost before starting a collection.
Sign in or create an account to pick up these choices. We’ll guide you through the available sources and show the credits required before you confirm an analysis.
Select a group of AI answers or relevant evidence and open the assistant. For AI answers, the assistant compares sample measures; the original text remains available in the results.

Start with samples where the brand is not mentioned. Open the original answers and check which competitors and pages are cited. This comparison helps you choose which information to investigate before changing the website.
You can request an action proposal for selected, reviewed mentions. Review its goal and activities before saving it to the plan: the proposal does not edit or publish your website content.
Decision and follow-up
The operational plan connects the issue, evidence, suggested action and verification criteria. Your team can review the proposal, assign the work and decide when to check the outcome.
Approving a draft does not mean publishing it or sending it to third parties. External activities require specific permissions and confirmations. Calendars and reminders organise the follow-up; a collection can only start with a qualified provider and valid authorisation. A deadline alone does not authorise access to new sources or external spending.
