The questions clarified and the evidence supporting the interpretation.
Agencies
Organise client analysis, sources and tasks without mixing their data. Use concrete comparisons to explain which pages to improve and how to check the work.
Your brand · roles and decisions
Scroll the table to read roles and responsibilities.
| Role | Contribution | Subject |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Verifies the facts Checks compatibility, features and product version. | Documentation |
| Communication | Prepares the content Makes information clear and retains its sources. | Draft |
| Owner | Approves the version Assesses the proposal and authorises the next step within their permissions. | Decision |
Roles describe different responsibilities. Viewing evidence in the workspace does not authorise external distribution.
What you get
Choose brand, market and relevant questions for each client. Compare available answers with selected competitors and collect sources explaining the editorial proposal: clients can see why the work is needed.
What you get
Define tasks and owners in the plan, then prepare a summary of accessible results. For multiple companies and brands, consider Enterprise with suitable capacity and credits; source rights determine what content you can export to clients.
| Step | Context check | What must be clear |
|---|---|---|
| Select the project | Verify the workspace, brand, market, period and operator’s role. | Which client and scope each observation belongs to. |
| Prepare the interpretation | Connect conclusions, sources, coverage and proposals; distinguish observed data from hypotheses. | Why a proposal deserves attention and which information is missing to assess it. |
| Share the report | Check recipient permissions, export rights and content expiry dates. | Which information may leave the workspace: a shared template does not authorise reuse of data across clients. |
A shared method
A research question, briefing structure and verification criterion can become an agency-wide method. Evidence and decisions continue to belong to the client for whom they were collected.
Separate workspaces protect each client’s context. To reuse an analytical framework, confirm the brand, sources, market and authorisations in the destination. A template must not carry confidential answers, credentials, approvals or content covered by another client’s licences. The shared template concerns the working method, not another client’s data or rights.
Review with your client
An effective handover makes the issue, evidence and suggested action clear. Your client can assess a precise version of the proposal and distinguish what they approve from what still needs checking.
The workflow uses existing access and review controls. Publication requires its own operation and permission: an approved plan does not grant CMS access or authorise sending. Every automated execution must recheck permissions and source validity when it runs, not only when the proposal is prepared.
| Stage | Responsibilities | Record to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation | The authorised operator builds the proposal within the client’s context. | Sources, scope, draft and open questions. |
| Review | The authorised reviewer assesses the version presented. | Decision, author, date and version; a change requires a new assessment. |
| Implementation | The person with permission for the relevant system carries out the action. | A verifiable operational outcome, distinct from plan approval. |
The value of advice
A report can explain more than a numerical change: which questions you studied, which evidence you verified and which decisions you helped make.
The comparison retains the observation base and distinguishes completed work, available measures and unresolved points. Mention shares do not become your client’s commercial results. For every client, define recipients, export rights and commercial scope before sharing information or assigning new usage.
