Your brand · perceived attributes
Is my product described as easy to use?
“Easy to use” expresses a perception. “Two-level approval” describes a feature to verify in the relevant documentation.
Prepare a proposal to update the product page, then repeat the check using the same questions.
Frequency, sentiment and the accuracy of a statement require different interpretations. A perceived attribute is not a universal measure of trust.
What you get
A reliable product can coexist with hard-to-reach support. Examine quality, responsiveness and transparency separately to understand whether the issue concerns service or expectations created by communication.

Promises and actual experience
The dimensions examined should fit the category. On-time delivery and continuity of a digital service do not describe the same experience, even though both may concern expectations being met. Observations should be connected to the product, period and sources without attributing the judgement of content authors to all customers.
Information that guides a choice
AI answers and search results can shape expectations before direct experience. Comparing them with your brand’s approved information helps identify inaccurate or incomplete descriptions.
The comparison does not attribute trust to an AI model: it examines the narrative a person might encounter under the observed conditions. If an answer promises an undocumented feature, your team can check the source’s origin and content. The aim is clearer, more consistent information, without manipulating testimonials or hiding issues.
Verifiable improvement
After clarifying a promise or improving a service step, your team can look for signs of change in the same topic. Verification starts with the action actually carried out.
The subsequent comparison keeps sources, period and sample composition explicit. Fewer issues may be consistent with improvement, but alternative explanations must also be considered. These interpretations concern perceived trust and experience: they are not assessments of credit, solvency or financial strength.
