Products and services
Link feedback to the product, variant or service it describes. Identify descriptions to clarify, expectations to correct and issues for the product team.
Your brand · perceived attributes
Is my product described as easy to use?
“Easy to use” expresses a perception. “Two-level approval” describes a feature to verify in the relevant documentation.
Prepare a proposal to update the product page, then repeat the check using the same questions.
Frequency, sentiment and the accuracy of a statement require different interpretations. A perceived attribute is not a universal measure of trust.
What you get
If a review criticises battery life, check model and version before attributing it to the whole range. Compare feedback with the published description to identify information the customer is missing.
Products and services
A judgement about your brand does not necessarily identify the product behind the experience. Connecting feedback to a line, model, version or service makes it more useful to those who need to act.
A review may concern an earlier model, a variant sold in another market or an experience with a retailer. Context prevents those signals from being attributed to the whole offering. When identification is not clear enough, the case remains to be verified: classification that only appears precise creates the wrong priorities.

Descriptions and AI answers
AI answers may compare products using features, compatibility and usage conditions. Checking against approved information helps identify outdated data or unclear differences.
Your team can start with an observed answer, locate the cited page and check which product version it refers to. An incomplete statement may call for more precise documentation; an incorrect detail may require correction in a source controlled by your brand. The change does not guarantee immediate updates to external systems’ answers.
Research and improvement
Personal accounts help frame product hypotheses. A recurring installation difficulty may suggest a usability test; an unmet expectation may require a clearer description.
The analysis connects examples to a research question, an owner and a verification criterion. Checking against technical tests or internal data remains essential: a review alone does not establish the cause of a defect. Subsequent observations retain the model, version and period to avoid comparing experiences of different products.
