Roles describe different responsibilities. Viewing evidence in the workspace does not authorise external distribution.

What you get

Comparisons that respect each market.

Choose which brand to observe and in which market. Keep questions, languages and results separate to see whether a gap concerns one product, one country or several group companies.

A shared picture. Clear scopes.

Brands, products and servicesConfirm identities and relationships, distinguishing the group from individual offerings.Automatically attributing every observation about a product or namesake to the group.
Country and source languageState content coverage and language for each market, independently of interface language.Interpreting a translated dashboard as proof of complete monitoring in that country.

What you get

Responsibility and control.

Assign roles and ownership and check credit usage before expanding checks. Company, brand and user counts and allowances are defined in the offer; market and source coverage must be agreed for the project.

Organisation and markets

A shared view. Every market clear.

Leadership needs an overview; local teams need to trace the questions and sources in their own market. A shared interpretation starts with common definitions and identifiable scopes.

Brands, products, languages and countries remain explicit dimensions. AI answers are compared under the relevant collection conditions, while press, social media and reviews retain their own coverage. An international total should not hide a market without data or make differently constructed samples appear equivalent.

Access and connections

Every connection has a scope.

Connecting a source means defining which information to read, for which brand and under which permissions. The connection requires clear choices even for people who do not manage the infrastructure.

For Analytics and Search Console, the aim is to select the authorised property and read only the measures needed. Publishing, sending or spending access requires separate assessment. For enterprise requirements such as corporate SSO and centralised policies, define the contractual scope and systems involved before activation. Access to one property does not automatically authorise the entire organisation.

Control over time

Work continues. Decisions remain.

Team handovers and periodic checks should preserve the objective, responsibility and reasons for the choice. This continuity makes a process resumable and verifiable.

The owner, schedule and authorisation define the scope of each activity. If permissions, usable sources or budget are missing, the affected step must stop. Errors and interruptions must be distinguished from completion: a calendar date does not prove that a collection or action has taken place.

Decision

Version, owner and review outcome in the correct context.

Execution

Permissions and availability rechecked for the specific operation.

Verification

The result is recorded and the activity paused or reopened if the check fails.
