ReadWorkflows
When work repeats, do not rebuild the process every time. Prepare a sequence of operations, choose where review is required and retain the version used for each execution.
What you get
Compose up to 20 steps for sample reading, collection, proposals, page checks, review and reports. Connections define the order and conditions for continuing. For example: read a reviewed sample, prepare a proposal and require approval before the next step.
What you get
A saved workflow and executed work are distinct. See which steps are ready, which await a decision and which have a result. If collection or an AI proposal requires credits, inspect that operation’s quote before confirming it. An uncertain response is not retried as if nothing happened.
| Step | What you check | Usable result |
|---|---|---|
| Definition | Steps, dependencies and version | Saved workflow |
| Execution | Ready operation and required confirmation | Result and receipt |
| Review | Evidence and proposal to assess | Decision before continuing |
What you get
The builder uses defined, controlled operations: it does not execute arbitrary code or grant unrestricted tool access. Reuse the process in content sheets while preserving sources, permissions and confirmations. Starting an execution does not authorize every future expense or publication.
