Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about evidence, availability, privacy and the role of human decisions.
What you get
To assess an analysis, check authorised channels, the observed period and the latest update date. n/a indicates unavailable data and remains distinct from a measured zero. A source’s coverage does not automatically extend to other channels or markets.
What you get
TrustInsider analyzes third-party content within the scope of authorized sources and rights. It does not collect reviews submitted directly by customers on the platform.
What you get
No. This reputation analysis concerns experiences, perceptions and public communication. It is not a solvency assessment or commercial credit rating.
What you get
Commercial access must not buy favourable results or suppress critical evidence. Software entitlements and evidence interpretation are separate.
What you get
Each channel’s availability depends on connected sources, usage rights and validated data. Private AI also requires the owner’s authorisation, a verified model and sufficient budget. Check service status and analysis coverage in your workspace.
What you get
No. Approving a plan records the decision and its revision, but does not execute the actions. Sending messages, publishing content or changing an external service requires a supported operation and separate authorisation.
What you get
Private conversations are not retained as application conversation history; controls record metadata about permissions, budget and requests. Processing by the AI provider is separate: applicable conditions, retention and rights should be checked in the privacy notice and service terms, not inferred from application behaviour.
What you get
No. Missing, incomplete or unsuitable evidence is a coverage limitation. Compare the same source scope and period, state exclusions and do not turn a missing observation into a negative judgement.
Choose a path
Frequently asked questions help distinguish what you want to observe from what you want to do: reading an opinion, checking an AI description and organising an action require different steps.
To explore a measure, consult the glossary and methodology. To assess a complete workflow, guides connect the question, evidence and decision. Feature pages explain which sources and conditions make the result interpretable; actual scope depends on authorised connections.

The methodology explains baselines, limitations and comparison conditions.
Guides show how to move from evidence to a plan.
Operational steps
Connecting a source, approving an analysis and authorising an action are not the same gesture. Each step has an identifiable object and effect.
The distinction helps you use the assistant with understanding. A draft may be useful even before a publishing channel is enabled; an authorised connection does not make all content redistributable.
| Step | Object of the decision | Does not imply |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Access to a property or source with defined permissions. | Publication of collected material. |
| Review | Assessment of a proposal and its evidence. | Execution on an external service. |
| Action | A specific action within granted permissions. | Unlimited delegation of subsequent activities. |
