Acceptable use policy

What is allowed

You may measure your brand, your products and those of competitors on the basis of public information, compare results, publish truthful content on your channels and use reports for your business and communications.

What is forbidden

• Creating or spreading false or misleading content, fake or undisclosed reviews, invented testimonials or covert advertising.
• Manipulating AI assistants or search engines with hidden text, hidden instructions aimed at models, pages created only to deceive them or networks of artificial sites.
• Disparaging competitors with untrue statements or infringing trademarks, copyright, trade secrets or third-party rights.
• Using the service to monitor individuals in their private lives, profile people or process special categories of data.
• Sending spam or commercial communications without consent through hosted newsletters and pages.
• Circumventing limits, credits or access controls, sharing accounts, reselling the service without agreement or extracting data automatically outside the APIs offered.
• Testing the security of the service, overloading it or introducing malicious code without our written authorisation.
• Using the service in breach of international sanctions or for illegal, hateful or harassing activities or activities exploiting minors.
• Breaching, through the service, the terms of use of connected platforms such as Google, Microsoft or Meta.

What happens in case of breach

We may refuse or cancel an action, remove hosted content, suspend features or the account and, in serious cases, terminate the contract as provided in the Terms. Where the law requires it, we report the facts to the authorities.

Reporting abuse

To report illegal content published through the service, use the electronic form at the bottom of the Legal notice, which asks for the address of the content, the reason and a statement of good faith; for use contrary to this policy you can also write to support@trustinsider.com. We examine every report diligently and communicate the reasoned decision to the sender and to whoever published the content.
