Which alternatives are presented to someone who has not yet chosen a brand?
AI visibility
Check whether your brand appears in answers to the questions customers ask before choosing. Read collected answers, compare competitors and identify information to improve.
Northstar Audio · fictional brand created for this demonstration
These charts use the same components as the private dashboard. The values are fictional: they show how to read the product, not results achieved by a customer.
Three distinct signals on the same 0–100% scale. Mentions and recommendations are based on 10 answers; citations can be assessed in 8. The measures are not added together.
Observed measure
Example: one model, one version of the questions and one market. In the workspace, each group retains its own context.
In the private area, open the sample and the original answers. You can ask the assistant to explain the selected measures; action proposals start from reviewed mentions.
What you get
Enter your brand and questions, then select market, language and enabled models. For example: “which headphones should I choose for video calls?”. The detail view links each observation to the answer obtained and exposed sources.
What you get
Distinguish a simple mention from a recommendation and a link to your website. If your brand is missing, examine cited competitor content and plan a review of your pages. A new observation checks for change without guaranteeing future appearances.
| Signal | What it observes | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| Mention | The brand name or a recognised alias appears in the answer. | Indicates presence within the sample. The context may be favourable, critical or neutral: a mention is not a recommendation. |
| Citation | The answer includes a reference to a source relevant to your brand. | The link should be checked alongside the statement it is meant to support. A cited source does not necessarily recommend your brand. |
| Recommendation | The assistant proposes your brand for a need expressed in the question. | The suggestion applies within the observed answer’s context. It does not describe every answer from the model or guarantee a future user choice. |
Questions to track
Start with the questions you collect in sales, support or content work. Paste one question per line, review the preview and add your selections to the draft of your analysis panel.
The preview flags exact duplicates after trimming leading and trailing spaces; it does not merge questions just because they seem similar. A panel can contain up to 50 questions within a total limit of 200 checks. Importing does not start a collection: save the panel and review the conditions before confirming. Your selected questions are not measured search volumes.
Questions and market
Find out whether your brand is suggested when a customer looks for a product like yours. Define category and comparison questions, then check presence, recommendations and sources in the collected answers.
For an audio brand, try a question such as “Which headphones should I choose for working while travelling?”. Keep these questions separate from those that already contain your name: they show whether the brand is discovered, rather than simply recognised.

Which benefits, limitations and differences emerge when a customer compares options?
Which sources support answers about compatibility, support and features?
Comparisons over time
A change becomes useful when you can trace the answers behind it. The comparison keeps the sample, engine, period and unusable results visible.
An API answer, a web-search-enabled answer and the experience in a consumer app are not interchangeable measurements. Each observation retains its provenance and collection conditions. A provider error remains an error: it does not increase the number of answers in which your brand is absent.
n/a
Comparison requires shared questions, compatible conditions and a valid denominator for both periods.
Expanding the panel changes its scope. Additional answers remain separate from the common subset; a change alone does not demonstrate the effect of an action.
Valid answers that name your brand, relative to the sample actually analysed.
Answers suggesting your brand for the expressed need, with their context.
Model, method, date and available sources for interpreting and repeating the comparison.
AI Reputation Manager
An incomplete description may point to a page that needs clarification. An outdated source may require checking. The value of monitoring lies in turning these observations into reasoned actions.
After reviewing the answer, decide with the team which page to clarify and how to check the update. Organize the owner and deadline in the plan. Generating a savable proposal with the assistant starts from selected reviewed mentions; AI panels provide a separate view of the metrics.
