Check how your products appear in available AI answers and search results. Connect descriptions and feedback to pages to update before a customer decides.
Your brand · perceived attributes
Is my product described as easy to use?
“Easy to use” expresses a perception. “Two-level approval” describes a feature to verify in the relevant documentation.
Prepare a proposal to update the product page, then repeat the check using the same questions.
Frequency, sentiment and the accuracy of a statement require different interpretations. A perceived attribute is not a universal measure of trust.
What you get
A question about compatibility, sizing or returns can reveal hard-to-find information. Read the answer and cited page; if details are missing, prepare a product-page or service-terms update.
What you get
With authorised external reviews, separate product issues from delivery and support. Direct each check to the right team and revisit the same topic later. Available conversations do not represent every order.

| Experience described | Evidence to look for | Possible team action |
|---|---|---|
| Product and expectations | Check the variant, described features and distinction between a reported defect and personal preference. | Share examples with product and merchandising teams; consider clearer instructions or descriptions. |
| Delivery and returns | Read the period and circumstances of the service failure alongside available internal operational indicators. | Identify which step to investigate with logistics and support, without deriving a return rate from reviews. |
| Post-purchase support | Distinguish the initial problem from the quality of the response and the outcome reported by the customer. | Check instructions, timing and responsibilities; observe the same topic after the action. |
Discovery and choice
Compatibility, durability, support and purchase conditions appear in questions put to search engines and AI assistants. Reading these answers helps explain which information accompanies a product choice.
The workflow distinguishes brand, line, model and variant. A recommendation about one item does not describe the entire catalogue; an outdated source may refer to features that no longer apply. Comparing it with the product page helps prepare useful updates for buyers while keeping organic results, AI answers and any Shopping results separate.
Product information
The most useful information answers a practical decision: is this product compatible, what is included, how do I get support? Editorial work starts with documented questions and the actual terms of the offer.
A proposed update connects the page passage to approved documentation. Prices, availability and conditions require time-specific validity; they are not inferred from conversations. Connecting to a catalogue or CMS requires specific permissions: an editorial proposal does not authorise changes to product pages, prices or orders.
| Customer question | Information to check | What to clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Is it compatible with what I own? | Documented model, version and requirements. | Compatibility and any exclusions, with relevant examples. |
| What will I receive, and on what terms? | Included items, variant and conditions applicable to the market. | What the offer includes, with a link to current terms. |
| How do I get support? | Channels, procedure and service responsibilities. | Instructions accessible before and after purchase. |
Improving the experience
A set of reviews may suggest a question to explore with logistics, support or product teams. A proposal becomes practical when it specifies who will check the issue and which evidence they will use.
After the action, compare the same topic under compatible observation conditions. Authorised store data may add operational information, but reviews and conversations do not replace total purchase data. Improvement in the sample describes that sample: returns, conversions and satisfaction across all customers require their own measures.
