Content sheets

Every page to improve, in one sheet.

Turn a list of pages to update into organized work. Each row links a page to its process; each column shows a task, the available result and what is needed to continue.

What you get

One row per page. One step per column.

Collect up to 20 pages and define up to 8 task columns. Link each row to a workflow version to distinguish evidence reading, a proposal, a check and team review. A cell without a result remains identifiable instead of appearing complete.

  1. Selected URLs
  2. Linked steps
  3. Cells to review

What you get

Check the result before continuing.

Open a cell to read the linked workflow result and its usage receipt when the operation consumes credits. Dependencies prevent skipping a required check. Approve or reject an exact set of cells: a review does not remain valid after the work version changes.

What you get

The same control across multiple pages.

The sheet reuses authorized workflow operations. Saving a URL does not start a collection or authorize spending: metered operations keep their own quote and your confirmation. Start with a few pages, check the first results and expand once the process is right.

The same control across multiple pages.
  1. Ready operation
  2. Confirmed consumption
  3. Result ready to inspect
