MarketingAwaiting approval
Agree on a period and sample for reviewing answers after the action.
Brand ownerA saved proposal remains distinct from an action carried out. Approval applies to the version reviewed and the owner’s permissions.
What you get
Choose a reviewed brand sample and one of two available measures: observed mentions or negative share. Set the threshold, minimum number of observations and window in hours. The rule retains the market, language and sources of the selected sample.
What you get
Enable email to your account or notifications on your authorised device, when available. Consent covers your own alerts, not a team mailing list. Set the minimum hours between alerts and open the reviewed sample to read the mentions.
Examine the reference, period and sources supporting the signal, including any collection interruptions.
Check copies, brand identity and described consequences before assigning a priority.
Identify an owner and the next check. Delivery requires an authorised channel and a defined recipient.
Clear rules
An alert indicates that mention count or negative share has reached your threshold. Value, sample and period help you decide when to open the mentions and investigate.
Choose a reviewed brand sample, measure, threshold and window in hours. Require a minimum number of observations before triggering a signal. The rule uses the sample’s market, language and sources: these thresholds do not measure emerging topics or changes in AI answers.
From alert to work
Open the workspace from the link received and select the brand. Check the reported measure and period, then consult the reviewed sample to read mentions needing attention.
With your consent, receive a link at your account email or a notification on your authorised device, if channels are enabled. Edit or disable the rule when needed. Assessing the issue and coordinating the team remain tasks to organise after reading.
| Stage | What should be clear | Outcomes to distinguish |
|---|---|---|
| Detection | Measure, threshold, observation count and window in hours. | Observed condition or insufficient data. |
| Delivery | Your account email or authorised device, with your consent. | Saving the rule does not prove the message was received. |
| Evaluation | Reading mentions in the brand’s reviewed sample. | Decide whether to arrange a check or adjust the threshold. |
Calibrating thresholds
An effective threshold depends on context: the normal volume for a large brand is not the same as for a niche product. Rules should be assessed against actual collection conditions.
Observe the sample’s normal volume before choosing a threshold. Set at least ten observations and the minimum hours between alerts. If the sample is insufficient or incomplete, check available data before treating the lack of an alert as absence of problems.
