MarketingAwaiting approval
Agree on a period and sample for reviewing answers after the action.
Brand ownerA saved proposal remains distinct from an action carried out. Approval applies to the version reviewed and the owner’s permissions.
What you get
Select a brand and period to bring mention volume, sentiment distribution and reviewed topics into one document. For example, a returns summary helps the team choose which questions to clarify in the FAQ and which cases to refer to support.

What you get
When at least three compatible cycles are available, prepare an observational study: state the question, observed population, sampling and limitations. The protocol distinguishes prospective registration from retrospective analysis of existing data. Editions compare available matching questions and conditions, with readable numerators and denominators.
Review the edition before approving it. Public release needs a second confirmation of the exact preview and rights to display aggregates from every involved source. The page shows method, period, charts and tables, without raw answers or workspace identifiers. If rights expire or you withdraw the edition, the page is no longer available. Results describe the sample, not causality or representation of the entire market.
| Step | What you check | Usable result |
|---|---|---|
| Protocol | Stated question, population and method | Explicit prospective or retrospective design |
| Edition | At least three compatible cycles | Aggregates, coverage and excluded observations |
| Public page | Approved preview and current rights | Authorized method and results without private corpus |
Summary and detail
Export a summary of reviewed brand mentions and associated topics. Use counts, sentiment and sample context to explain which issues the team should investigate.
Choose a mentions and topics report, or a work report containing the selected AI and Search samples and action plans. Each authorised report is available as a readable, printable document or data file, with the context, sources and limits of the included material.
Report structure
The report retains the sample’s brand, period, market and language alongside its mention summary. Reviewed topics add the subjects to discuss with content, product and support teams.
Check observed mentions, classifications and excluded content before using a percentage in a briefing. Report references identify evidence and its rights; return to the workspace and accessible sources to read original content.
| Part | What it contains | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Sample summary | Period, market, language, counts and sentiment distribution. | Share the same data basis before discussing priorities. |
| Evidence references | Evidence identifiers, revisions and rights references. | Find the observations behind the summary in the workspace. |
| Reviewed topics | Topics associated with mentions and classification status. | Choose topics to investigate before preparing an improvement. |
Controlled sharing
An internal report and externally distributed material may require different content. Recipients, rights and personal information determine which evidence may be included.
Before sharing, check export rights and which information the recipient needs. The report states its preparation date, analysed period and source validity. Downloading the document does not extend usage rights for included material.
