New analyses, checks and reports consume credits according to the operation. Reading existing results does not consume credits. Check balance and usage in the workspace to decide which checks to repeat and how often.

How credits work
One balance for every activity.
Each new processing operation costs credits. Analyses, checks, data collection and automations draw from the same monthly balance: your plan determines how much work you can do, with increasing allowances from Free to Enterprise.
Included credits follow a monthly cycle, do not roll over and have no automatic top-ups. Viewing existing results, changing settings and downloading existing reports use no credits. Automations consume credits for the operations they perform.

Does Free include credits?
Yes. Free includes a minimum allowance for your first analyses and checks. Monitor, Advanced and Enterprise offer progressively larger allowances. The number of included credits is stated in the plan offer.
Do automations have a separate limit?
Automations use your plan’s balance, just like manually started tasks. The frequency and cost of individual operations determine how many credits are needed.
What should I check before activating a plan?
Price, VAT, monthly credits, operation rates and included sources. For Enterprise, also check the group’s companies, brands and access. Duration, renewal and plan changes are set out in the offer terms.
