Identity
The subject, domain and any product the page concerns.
Public profiles
Publish a page containing brand facts you have reviewed and approved: products, services and information with sources. Choose what to show and review the preview before making the page accessible to search engines too.
What you get
The workspace owner selects approved facts and explicitly authorizes publication and indexing. Analyses, drafts and private documents are not published. The page shows the selected facts, references and declared validity; you can withdraw it from the workspace.
| Element | Condition for publication | What not to assume |
|---|---|---|
| Approved fact | Approved version, public sources and declared validity. | It is a brand statement, not independent verification. |
| Preview and consent | The owner reviews selected facts and authorizes publication. | Workspace analyses, drafts and documents remain private. |
| Validity and withdrawal | Changed, revoked, expired or conflicting facts make the profile unavailable. | Publishing does not guarantee indexing or AI citations. |
What you get
Facts remain brand statements with references, not an independent TrustInsider assessment. If a selected fact changes, is revoked, expires or conflicts with another, the profile becomes unavailable until you approve a new publication. Publishing does not guarantee indexing or AI citations.
The public perspective
The profile presents facts about your brand selected and approved by the owner. Sources alongside each statement and its stated validity help readers explore further.
The page distinguishes the subject’s identity from observations about it. A reported experience does not automatically become a verified fact, and a missing source is not replaced by a score. Publication covers only material usable in that context.

Public and private
Your team works with material, hypotheses and plans that do not automatically belong in the public profile. These contexts have different audiences and authorisations.
The public view must be checked before release and after source rights change. The correction process allows errors to be reported without confusing data correction with purchasing a service.
| Content | Public profile | Workspace |
|---|---|---|
| Facts approved by the owner | Only the publishable view. | Review of authorised evidence. |
| Action draft | Not exposed automatically. | Team review and decision. |
| Restricted material | Excluded if it cannot be redistributed. | Viewable only within the granted rights. |
