Your team’s assistant
Works within the authorised context to explain, compare and prepare proposals.
The AI-first experience
Ask the assistant where your brand appears and which information is missing. In the workspace, answers, charts and sources help you turn a question into a concrete task.
Your brand · steps and checks
Identify the version and any material that depends on the document.
Verified eventPropose updates while retaining references to the evidence.
Authorised taskCompare versions and approve only the permitted action.
Human reviewEvery collection requires usable sources, permissions and sufficient budget. If a request’s outcome is unconfirmed, check the recorded attempt before starting another.
What you get
Start on the website by entering your brand name or domain. The assistant guides you towards your goal; after signing in, continue in the workspace and explore the data available to your account.
State the issue to understand and select the relevant brand and period.
Examine the sources and views referenced in the analysis. The dashboard should remain usable without chat.
Distinguish an explanation from a proposal, and check for missing information and required approvals.

Follow the three screens: from your first visit to a question about selected data in the workspace.
You can start from any page on the website. The assistant asks for your brand name or domain, goal and market: you reach sign-in with a clearly defined request.
Let’s start with your brand.
Northstar Audio
After signing in, choose the workspace and confirm the brand. Open the tools for your goal, select available sources and review the cost before starting a collection.
Sign in or create an account to pick up these choices. We’ll guide you through the available sources and show the credits required before you confirm an analysis.
Select a group of AI answers or relevant evidence and open the assistant. For AI answers, the assistant compares sample measures; the original text remains available in the results.

Start with samples where the brand is not mentioned. Open the original answers and check which competitors and pages are cited. This comparison helps you choose which information to investigate before changing the website.
You can request an action proposal for selected, reviewed mentions. Review its goal and activities before saving it to the plan: the proposal does not edit or publish your website content.
What you get
For example, ask “which pages should I clarify for this question?”. With an enabled model and available data, the assistant can help prepare a proposal linked to sources. You review the proposal before approving its actions.
Questions that guide the work
Enter your brand in the assistant to start the check. Guided questions help define the product, market and goal before moving to the analyses available in your workspace.
You can ask how to start, which plan to choose or how to read the available metrics. To check a brand description, consult the original answer in the evidence view: the assistant does not automatically read all collected texts or modify your content.
| Your team’s question | Where to investigate | Possible decision |
|---|---|---|
| How do AI assistants describe us? | Sampled answers, mentions and citations. | Check an incomplete description or an outdated source. |
| What emerges about support? | Topics and accounts relevant to the service. | Investigate a recurring difficulty with the service team. |
| Has anything changed since the action? | The plan, operational checks and comparable periods. | Continue, adjust or gather more evidence. |
The assistant and AI sources
The TrustInsider assistant helps your team interpret information. The monitored AI engines are the subject of analysis: their answers are observations to compare. These two roles remain distinct.
The assistant uses the model authorised for the workspace; monitoring the qualified AI engines instead requires specific collections for each system, and the list of qualified engines lives on the method page. An answer obtained through an API does not prove what every user will see in the consumer app: mode, model, language, market and date always accompany the result.

Allow statements to be checked when the system provides usable references.
Recurring tasks
Keep the questions you use to assess your brand and repeat them after updating your website. You can then check whether the product description is more accurate, whether your name appears and which sources are cited in the new collection.
For example, after clarifying a product’s compatibility, repeat the question that produced an incomplete description. The calendar and reminders help you arrange the check. Before a new collection, confirm the available sources and expected usage.
