Architecture
TrustInsider connects brand analysis with sources and your team’s tasks. Move from the conversation to the details without reconstructing the question, period and results each time.
Your brand · roles and decisions
Scroll the table to read roles and responsibilities.
| Role | Contribution | Subject |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Verifies the facts Checks compatibility, features and product version. | Documentation |
| Communication | Prepares the content Makes information clear and retains its sources. | Draft |
| Owner | Approves the version Assesses the proposal and authorises the next step within their permissions. | Decision |
Roles describe different responsibilities. Viewing evidence in the workspace does not authorise external distribution.
What you get
Open an observation to read the question, answer and cited URLs. If product information is missing, compare it with your page and note the change to consider. The analysis detail and the team’s plan remain available in their respective views.
Workspace, brand, source and period accompany each observation from collection onwards.
Permissions, inclusion criteria and denominators define the possible interpretations of the same sample.
Conversation, dashboards and reports should explain the same results, each within the applicable usage rights.
What you get
When you repeat a check, compare new results with previous ones and the changes made. Brand, market and date remain attached to observations; workspace permissions separate private work from public information.
The information journey
Each result retains the brand, question or topic, source and collection time. You can open the detail behind a number and use that evidence to decide what to update in your communication.
For example, when a description is outdated, open the AI answer and its cited reference, then compare them with current product information. Record the page to update, its owner and the next check in the plan. Reviewed mentions can support an assistant proposal; reading AI panels remains a separate workflow.
| Step | Required information | Value for your team |
|---|---|---|
| Collection | Origin, date, observation conditions and rights. | Find the observation and understand its scope. |
| Analysis | Brand identity, sample, method and exclusions. | Interpret a comparison without losing the denominator. |
| Proposal and review | Evidence, version, rationale and decision outcome. | Know what was assessed and who may approve it. |
| Verification | Documented action and a comparable subsequent measurement. | Distinguish completed work from observed change. |
Workspace and responsibilities
An agency may work with several clients; a company may involve communication, marketing and support teams. The workspace defines the work’s context, and permissions define what each person may view or approve.
A report link must not become a route to other clients’ information. Application checks protect context even when a request comes from outside the interface. Public profiles have a separate scope from private analysis and must use only evidence that may be published.
The selected brand and workspace accompany the requested operation.
Viewing, reviewing and approving remain distinct responsibilities.
Decisions retain a reference to the version and evidence reviewed.
Continuity of analysis
A source may expire, a question may be rewritten or a classification corrected. The analysis must identify these changes before presenting them as changes in your brand.
Comparisons require compatible conditions and an explanation of differences. When evidence can no longer be used, subsequent work must respect its status. Recurring tasks should resume from valid steps, without treating a previous result as permanent authorisation to reuse content or act.
