Campaigns and creative assets

From message to channel, with an informed choice.

Turn a brand priority into a communication plan. Bring together the objective, channels, messages and approved materials, then decide how to proceed using your account’s permissions.

What you get

Compare alternatives before allocating budget.

Define the campaign objective and period. Compare options, including a content improvement without buying media: for example, update a page before promoting it. Record the maximum budget and planned tasks so the team can decide what to approve.

Compare alternatives before allocating budget.
  1. Brand priority
  2. Options compared
  3. Budget for approval

What you get

Approved materials with sources and rights.

Prepare copy and link images through HTTPS URLs. Keep sources, rights references, expiry and the reviewed version for each asset. Changes require another review: the calendar organizes work, while approval identifies the exact material that may be used.

What you get

From brief to variants ready for review.

Define the audience, objective, message and call to action. Add your brand voice, colours and approved facts with their sources. When the AI service is enabled, review the model and quote before confirming text variants for Facebook, Instagram, landing pages and newsletters.

Review each suggestion and save your choice as a draft; approval and publication remain separate steps. Generated drafts last up to ten minutes. Download SVG visuals built from templates with your brand text and colours; these are not AI-generated images. Instagram reuses an approved image with valid rights. Revoked or expired facts, sources and materials block reuse.

A suggestion to review before use
  1. Brief and approved facts
  2. Confirmed model and cost
  3. Draft saved by the team

What you get

Schedule a specific post with specific authorization.

For Facebook and Instagram, authorize a post at a chosen time when the campaign, material and connection are approved. Confirmation identifies the content version, destination, scheduled time and maximum authorized credits. A calendar entry alone does not authorize sending.

Before sending, permissions, sources, material validity, connection and price are checked again. A change blocks the action and requires another review. You can revoke authorization before the post is claimed for execution. An uncertain result is not automatically retried; reserved credits remain pending until reconciliation. This scheduling covers authorized Meta posts, not automatic ad buying.

From scheduled time to a traceable outcome
  1. Approved content, time and limit
  2. Conditions rechecked before sending
  3. Outcome or block to review

What you get

Each channel shows the action actually available.

Facebook and Instagram support explicit publication or a scheduled post with authorization when accounts, permissions and conditions are enabled. The available Google Ads connection reads reports; other channels can retain exportable plans. A publication receipt documents sending, not sales or conversions.

Each channel shows the action actually available.
  1. Channel connection
  2. Available permissions
