Use Reports: prepare, send and check

Share a verifiable reading of results, knowing which period they cover and what was actually sent or published. Here you find reports, briefings, exports with their receipts and the public profile.

Section 1

Choose the report and check its period

Reports and briefings brings together previews, saved reports, scheduling and exports. A briefing requires a complete collection; if there are multiple panels, choose the panel and cycle in the periodic report.

Scheduled reports go only to the workspace owner. An email acceptance receipt does not prove that the recipient read the message.

  1. Read the period, coverage and basis of the figures in the preview.
  2. Open a ready report or download the available document; a briefing can be printed or saved as PDF from your browser.
  3. If authorised, set the available schedule and check send statuses and receipts.

Section 2

Follow a report through to its outcome

In the reports workspace, the list shows the period and status; the exports table adds the receipt, format and next step. Read them together to see what is ready and what still needs attention.

  1. Before downloading, check the period and brand. A scheduled report, or one still being generated, becomes a file only when its status shows it is ready.
  2. For a schedule, check the frequency, time, time zone and destination shown. Activate or change it in the dedicated panel and confirm your choice.
  3. If the outcome is uncertain, expired, cancelled or reports expired authorisation, follow the next step shown in the receipt. An item in the list does not prove that an email was sent successfully.
  4. If a reading is missing, distinguish a data-not-loaded message from an empty list. Check your access and context before treating it as an absence of reports.

Section 3

Distinguish private work from published content

Published studies and Public profile have a different destination from private reports. In the profile, choose the approved facts to show with their sources; check the preview before publishing.

A profile publication is a snapshot: it stays unchanged until the next publication. An assistant’s citation of the profile appears only when an observation records it; publishing does not guarantee a citation.
