Scope of this statement
NEURALWORD S.r.l. is committed to making the trustinsider.com website and the TrustInsider platform accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, and with the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
The statement covers the public pages of the website in every language, the sign-in and registration flows and the customers’ reserved area. It does not cover the administration area, which is reserved for staff.
Compliance status
The website and the platform are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549) due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
Non-compliance with the standard: the content listed is not yet fully accessible.
- Some charts in the platform and in the public previews are designed for visual reading: where an equivalent table is missing, screen reader users receive a short description rather than every value (criterion 1.1.1).
- Screenshots and illustrative images carry alternative text; the text inside a screenshot may not be fully readable by a screen reader (criterion 1.4.5).
- Some PDF documents generated by the platform (reports and briefings) are not yet fully tagged for assistive technologies (criterion 1.3.1).
Disproportionate burden: no content is excluded on grounds of disproportionate burden. Content outside the scope of the legislation: third-party content shown as evidence (AI assistant answers, pages and documents from the observed sources) is displayed as published by the source and is neither produced nor controlled by TrustInsider.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 22 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by TrustInsider: automated checks of page structure at every release and manual tests with the keyboard, with screen readers, with text zoom up to 200% and with reduced motion. No third-party audit has been carried out yet.
The statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the website or the platform changes substantially.
