Where a code applies
A code applies only to the products indicated when it is issued: the eligible paid plans and, where provided, additional credits. You enter it at checkout, in the “I have a promo code” field of your account area. Prices are shown net of VAT.
TrustInsider is a service for businesses and professionals: codes apply to purchases made for your business, as set out in the Terms of Service.
The discount and how long it lasts
The platform calculates the discount from the price list in force. On subscription plans it applies for the first months indicated, or to the first payment only, after which the list price in force applies. The checkout message says: “Code applied: {sconto} off {casse}{durata}, then the current list price. You will see the exact amount in the secure checkout before you confirm.”
Validity
Each code may have an expiry date and a maximum number of uses, indicated when it is issued. A code may be valid only once per customer, if it is issued that way.
One code per purchase, and a minimum price
Codes cannot be combined: one code per purchase. The discount cannot bring the price below the minimum sale price: in that case the code does not apply, and you can still buy without it.
Changing plan during a discount
While a discount is running, you request a plan change by writing to support@trustinsider.com. The discount continues on the new plan only if the code provides for it; otherwise, from the renewal after the change, the list price of the new plan applies.
Value of a code
A code has no cash value: it cannot be converted, refunded or sold, and gives no right to change.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Terms of Service. If a purchase made with a code is refunded, the amount actually paid is returned, net of the discount; the code used does not become available again.
Partner codes
A code may be the personal code of a TrustInsider partner. In that case the partner receives a fee from TrustInsider for your purchase, at no extra cost to you; the partner does not receive your name, your email or your company details.
Misuse and withdrawal
TrustInsider may deactivate a code in case of fraudulent use, unauthorised distribution or breach of these terms. Purchases already made in good faith remain valid.
