Usage and credits shows balances, movements, quotes and spending limits; Plans and credits manages the subscription. Read current server data before authorising a purchase or collection.
Section 1
Available, reserved, consumed and expired describe different credit states. Only available credits can be spent: reading each item with its update time keeps you from mistaking a reservation for spendable balance.
Unavailable data does not mean zero. Company or group scope may show only some categories; a truncation warning means history is not the complete movement list.

Section 2
Lists separate collection renewals and new sources, showing maximum credits and expiry. They show what is waiting for your decision; approval happens in the workflow that generated each quote.
The settings list does not approve quotes. No pending quote, a failed load and data hidden from your role are different situations.

Section 3
Budget panels show monetary and call limits, reservations and authorisations for different scopes. They tell you how far assistant or collection spending can go, separately from your credit balance.
A credit balance does not replace provider authorisation. Do not increase a limit to hide an error or unexpected usage: check the request, reservations and consent first. Configuring a budget does not itself start a collection.

Section 4
The panel offers packs or a custom amount within the current catalogue’s limits. It adds credits to your balance on the terms of the catalogue in force, without changing your plan.
Opening checkout is not a completed payment. Credits depend on payment confirmation, not simply returning to the page. A closed sale does not mean a purchasable pack exists elsewhere.

Section 5
Plans and credits shows the current plan and commands that are actually available. From here you request a change of plan or cadence, or a cancellation, and follow when it takes effect.
A change or cancellation request does not imply immediate effect. Follow the server’s effective date and confirmed status rather than inferring them from the selected plan.

Section 6
If a condition of your plan is reduced, your area shows a notice at the top with today’s value, the new value and the date from which the change applies to you. Whoever pays receives the same text by email.
The notice concerns only your account. We record once the moment it appears on screen, so we know it was shown to you.

Section 7
The purchase archive collects the purchased documents you can still download and the preserved campaign statistics of previous services, visible only in your account.
The file can be downloaded until the expiry set at purchase; after that, the order record remains. «Not recorded» is not zero, and the archive does not start or restart campaigns.

Section 8
Financial commands distinguish confirmed, rejected and uncertain operations. Recognising an uncertain outcome keeps you from repeating a purchase or plan change that may already be recorded.
Pressing a button does not prove a purchase succeeded. Keep plan status, payment, balance and authorisation for an individual execution separate.
