Use Reputation: opinions and claims to check

Understand which opinions and claims need attention by reading the content before its label. Here you find the tone summary for the period, individual mentions with their source and the steps towards a proportionate response.

Section 2

Read the opinion in context

Tone summarises the collected content, not everyone who knows your brand. Open the source to understand which product, event or aspect a statement concerns.

  1. Check the period and originating collection.
  2. Open the content and distinguish opinion, reported experience and verifiable claim.
  3. For a correction, compare the claim with approved facts and open a proposal if you have permission.

Section 3

Choose a proportionate response

Criticism is not automatically an error to correct. A factual statement may require checking and a documented response. A proposal still needs review and approval; it does not remove someone else’s content.

Conversations awaiting a reply, grouped by platform: what to do, the status of each reply and controls to mark a draft, a reply sent or a resolved case. (fictional brand, demo data)
