Manage the general settings

Open Settings in your workspace and check the selected brand before changing preferences or permissions. Personal preferences, brand context and organisation access are managed in different places.

Section 1

Check the workspace and brand

General lists the brands returned by the server and identifies the selected one. Recognising it straight away keeps you from reading data or changing settings while thinking of another brand.

Changing markets, competitors or questions creates a new monitoring version. Its first collection requires a quote. The brand list is not the monitoring editor.

  1. Check the workspace and brand name before opening a panel.
  2. Use the available command to add a brand; open panel questions to manage monitoring.
  3. Open the dedicated Brand context page for documents, facts and versions.

Section 2

Choose the interface language

The selector changes the interface language, not the language of collected questions. It is a personal preference: labels and commands appear in your chosen language, while the observed answers remain those of the monitored market.

Change the monitored market to change the observed language. Translating the interface does not generate new AI responses.

  1. Open Language and formats and check the selected language.
  2. Select an available language: the page reopens with your choice.
  3. Check the selected language and the labels on the reopened page.

Section 3

Separate personal email from alert rules

The Notifications panel controls email delivery; thresholds and samples are configured in Alerts. Keeping them apart lets you decide whether to receive email without touching the rules that define when an alert fires.

An unconfigured service cannot guarantee delivery. After an error or conflict, refresh the status before trying again.

  1. Open email preferences and check whether the channel is configured and enabled.
  2. To enable it, read and select the required consent, then use the enable command.
  3. To stop email, use the disable command and check the updated status.

Section 4

Record permission for the assistant

The owner can grant or withdraw the permission that lets the assistant read workspace data. The choice is recorded with its status and version, so you always know what is authorised.

Recording permission does not call a model, change source rights or authorise spending. It does not enable a service that the screen shows as missing.

  1. Open Assistant permission and read the recorded choice and its version.
  2. Choose whether to grant or withdraw permission and explicitly confirm your decision.
  3. Save and check the server’s returned status, including any unavailability message.

Find account controls, consent and help

General links to the places that manage security, consent, plans and members, with the available summaries. From here you reach each of these settings where it lives, without searching the other sections of your area.

Read-only access does not allow workspace management. Refresh a panel that fails to load: a missing summary does not prove that data or permissions do not exist.

  1. Open your account for sessions and security; open privacy and consent for your choices.
  2. Use Plans and credits for your plan and Enterprise and access for roles.
  3. For support, review the proposed summary and context before authorising the request.
