Use Press and social: coverage, peaks and documented changes

Find coverage of your brand and distinguish an attention spike from a documented change. Here you read the collected coverage, how it moves over the period and the sources it comes from.

Section 2

Read the coverage, then the summary

Coverage depends on the sources and collections available in your workspace. A count describes those items, not all press or social media.

  1. Open Press and social and check the period.
  2. Open an item’s source to read its title, date and context.
  3. If you manage collections, review candidate items before admitting them to the brand’s collection.

Section 3

Read a spike with the content behind it

In trends and issues, compare the items from the relevant days and the period’s coverage. More mentions alone do not indicate approval, a crisis or an effect on AI answers.

For a response or correction, retain the source and move to Actions when there is a documented issue to address.
