ReadUser manual
Read the issue, evidence and proposed work before approving. Then record what was done and check subsequent observations separately. The decision, the completed work and the measured result stay distinct.
Section 1
A saved proposal concerns a particular brand, issue and period. Check that these match the work you intend to do. This way the approved work addresses the right problem.
If a proposal has expired, belongs to another brand or can no longer be read, refresh the list. An old preview does not necessarily describe the current work.

Section 2
Approval records a decision about the plan and gives the go-ahead for the work it describes. It does not itself change your site or publish to external channels.
Read-only access lets you inspect a proposal, not approve it. Applying the work follows the controls of the chosen tool and destination, including separate spending consent where required.

Section 3
Recording an intervention as complete is an owner declaration. It is neither a publication made through a connection nor independent verification.
A declaration or receipt does not establish that the intervention caused an improvement. If the status or version is uncertain, refresh before sending another request.
