Create, publish and withdraw a landing page

Prepare a draft, check its version and confirm rights before publication. Publishing, restoring and withdrawing are separate operations. That way you always know which version is public and why.

Section 1

Write a substantiated draft

The page combines a title, description, opening, call to action and content blocks. Claims presented as evidence require a source so that visitors can check them.

A saved draft is not public yet. Use facts you can substantiate: entering a claim in an evidence block does not make it true.

  1. Select an existing page or start a new one and choose its language.
  2. Complete the title, description, opening and call-to-action text.
  3. Add available blocks; include a source address and label for evidence.
  4. Check any contact fields, then save the draft.

Section 2

Review the version to be published

The preview concerns a specific page version. Use it to check the content you are about to make public. You then publish the version you reviewed, not a draft changed in the meantime.

Editing clears previous rights and publication confirmations. An old preview does not authorise publishing a new version.

  1. Open the preview of the chosen version.
  2. Check text, sources, call to action and any form.
  3. If you edit the page, save and reopen its preview before confirming.

Section 3

Confirm publication after a deliberate check

Publication requires a preview and confirmations of rights and public indexability. It is not a private sharing mode: the page becomes visible to anyone and indexable.

Being indexable does not guarantee inclusion in search results. If publication is unconfirmed or uncertain, refresh before sending another request.

  1. Read the confirmations concerning material rights and indexable publication.
  2. Confirm only if you can authorise that content and visibility.
  3. Publish and check the returned version, status and address.

Section 4

Separate restoration, withdrawal and submissions

Restoring an earlier version changes published content; withdrawing removes the page from publication. Previously collected submissions have separate controls. Choose the action according to the effect you want on the public page.

Withdrawing a page does not erase contacts already collected. A version conflict means checking the current state, not repeating confirmation of an old version.

  1. To restore, select the earlier version, review its preview and repeat the required confirmations.
  2. To withdraw, read and select the dedicated confirmation, then check the new status.
  3. Manage or erase a received submission using its dedicated control when available.
