Use Search intents: questions grouped by need

Group questions by need and find where a person receives an incomplete answer. For each intent you see the associated questions and, side by side, search, site answers, AI presence and trust.

Section 1

Check which questions make up the need

The reading uses questions from the approved panel and proposed or declared intents. Check unassigned questions too: incomplete grouping can hide a need.

  1. Open an intent and read its associated questions.
  2. Check that the grouping reflects the need; edit the declaration only if authorised.
  3. Read search, site answers, AI presence and trust separately, then explore the weaker dimension.

Section 2

Find the point to improve

The dimensions sit alongside one another: they are not mandatory stages or an observed purchase journey. When a reading is missing, check the questions, observations and declared terms needed for that dimension.

Open both sets of evidence before choosing an intervention.

For each AI assistant, how many answers name the brand and how many recommend it, then the preferred competitor with the source its answers cite most. (fictional brand, demo data)
